维和医疗中设备维修工作的难点分析与对策探讨研究

Difficulty and Experience in Maintenance of Medical Equipment in UN Peacekeeping Mission

目的:分析在执行维和医疗任务期间维修工作的难点和问题,介绍完成维修保障任务的经验和体会。方法:结合刚果(金)中国二级医院的硬件基础状况,阐述维修工作客观存在的问题,归纳产生问题的原因和处理方式。结果:总结维修经验,提出4点建议。结论:维护重于维修,科学的工作方法可以保障设备的正常运行并能平稳延续。

Objective To analyze the difficulty and problems of medical equipment maintenance in UN peacekeeping mission and introduce the experience on how to complete the maintenance and support.Methods Based on the hardware conditions of Chinese Level II Hospital in Democratic Republic of the Congo（DRC）,the problems in maintenance were summarized and the causes and solutions of the problems were put forward.Results The maintenance experience was introduced,and four proposals were brought out.Conclusion Maintenance is more important than repairing;scientific working method can ensure the normal operation of equipment and a smooth continuation.
