摘要
通过CFD软件计算N-S方程的方法来研究滑动轴承的油膜特性,它比Reynolds方程更能真实反映实际的油膜特性。建立不同的滑动轴承间隙模型,导入CFD软件计算,分析不同轴承间隙对转子稳定性的影响。模拟表明,不同轴承间隙对旋转机械转子稳定性起着非常重要的作用。
Calculating N-S equations method to study the characteristics of oil film bearing through the CFD software, witch can more really reflect actually oil film properties than through calculate Reynolds equation. Set up different bearing clearance model that import CFD software to calculate, then analysis rotor stability in different bearing clearance Numerical results show that different beating clearance on rotating mechanical play important role in rotor stability.
