摘要
介绍了利用非接触式、涡流振动传感器对轴颈在轴承中浮起情况进行测量的方法,并分析了主要测量误差和抑制误差的方法和途径,最后通过工程实例,表明了轴颈浮起的测量结果可为轴承性能优化、通流间隙调整等检修工作提供参考。
It measures axle journal levitating in the bearings by coutactless eddy current vibration sensors, and the important errors of the measurement are analyzed. The engineering examples show that the measurement result of axle journal levitating may provide some reference value for the bearings dynamic optimization, general flowing clearance adjustment etc.
