摘要
蒸气网络系统是钢铁企业主生产工序的重要辅助系统,蒸气放散随时间的波动变化直接关系到对蒸气网络的调度,针对蒸气网络系统的供需波动较大,提出了阶段分析法,应用该方法建立了钢铁企业的蒸气网络系统供需数学分析模型,分3个阶段并应用质量守恒定律对蒸气网络系统的供需过程进行动态分析。结果表明,与其他方法相比,该方法科学合理地揭示出了影响蒸气网络系统供需波动变化的因素,对这些因素进行控制能有效地减少蒸气放散,节约能源。
The steam network is an important part of assistant system of main processes in iron and steel factory. The fluctuation of steam emission changing with time is related to the scheduling of the steam network. Aiming at the fluctuation of steam network system , the method of stage analysis is proposed. Application of this method, the supply and demand's mathematic analysis model of steam network system is established. Making use of the law of mass conservation and conversion, the process's dynamic analysis of steam network system is divided into three stages. Comparing with other methods, the results showed that it can scientific and rational reveal the fluctuating factors of the steam network system. These factors are controlled that can reduce emission of steam and save energy elfectively.
