摘要
高校图书馆是高校的重要组成部分,在高校教育教学中的地位和作用不容忽视,而图书馆员工是实现图书馆服务功能的核心,其素质尤为关键。随着知识经济时代的到来,图书馆服务科技化、社会化、个性化特征日益突出,对员工素质提出了新的更高要求。本文力图从高校图书馆员工的一般素质要求和新形势下的特殊素质要求两方面进行分析,初步提出了提升高校图书馆员工的素质和能力的途径。
The university library is an important part of the education teaching in colleges and universities, the status and role cannot be neglected, and the library staff is to realize the core of service function of library, the quality is the key. With the arrival of the knowledge economy age, the library service technology, socialization and personalized features have become increasingly prominent, to the staff quality put forward new and higher requirements. This paper tries to university library staff from the general quality requirements and under the new situation of the special quality requirements two aspects to carry on the analysis, this paper puts forward ascending the way of university library staff's quality and ability.
