摘要
首先对mastercam二次开发语言比较分析,基于mastercam平台采用VBscript和VB可视化操作界面,简化mastercam操作步骤,然后通过实例验证表明,此方法增加了仿真加工的可视性,缩短了盘形凸轮研发周期,提高了盘形凸轮设计与仿真加工效率,在凸轮设计研发方面具有较高应用价值。
The Secondary development of languages are analysis based on the platform of MasterCAM.The integrate of VBscript and VB interface can reduce the mastercam operation steps,and then through the result showed that ,this method can increase the visibility of the simulation process , reduce the exploiting cycle. What's more,the method can improve the efficiency greatly in the cam optimizing structure design and Simulation manufacture.As a result, extent of intelligence of method for the cams in optimizing Product simulation and manufacture can be improved significantly.
