动脉导管未闭(PDA)是小儿常见的先天性心脏病,其发病率高且病情随年龄的增长而加重,长期影响患儿生长发育及生命,正确了解小儿PDA及选择最佳治疗方法,以对机体最小的干预治愈小儿PDA,是小儿心脏学科的初衷和发展的方向。
Patent Ductus Arteriosus （PDA） is a common pediatric congenital heart disease. It has high incidence and becomes more and more serious along with the child growth of the age, causing long-term effects on child growth and life. Correctly understanding PDA and choosing the best treatment method so as to cure child PDA with minimum intervention, is the original purpose and development trend of pediatric heart discipline.
