摘要
从人力资源规模、质量、结构以及人力资源配置等四个方面构建评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对辽宁沿海经济带6个地区的人力资源开发度进行了实证研究,指出在辽宁沿海经济带人力资源开发过程中6个地区发展不够协调,进而为加快辽宁沿海经济带人力资源开发一体化进程提供强有力的依据。
The evaluation target system was constructed from the scale of human resources, quality, structure and human resources, these four aspects were covered. The principal component analysis was used to have studied human resource development in Liaoning six coastal economic regions. At the same time, it was pointed out that six regions were not coordinal as far as the hurnan resource development is concerned in Liaoning coastal economic zone. Thus, the strong basis was provided to sDeed up the integration of human resource development in Liaoning coastal economics belt.
