摘要
为降低玻璃瓶罐、玻璃球及玻璃纤维生产能耗,解决玻璃废品及玻璃纤维生产过程中气体、固体及液体排放过程中造成的环境污染问题,我们通过对窑炉进行节能改造降低了窑炉能耗;设计了电料道制球技术及通道拉丝技术降低了投资成本及生产成本;通过三废治理,消除了固体、液体和气体污染,降低了生产成本和生产能耗。
In order to reduce the energy consumption in the production of glass containers, glass marbles and glass fibers and prevent the environment pollution caused by waste glass and emissions from the glass fiber production, the company renovated the furnace to reduce energy consumption, developed a technology of making marbles and drawing fibers from the electric heated forehearths to cut down the investment and production cost, and eliminated the solid, liquid and gas pollution by treating "three wastes". All these means have led to the reduction of produc- tion cost and energy consumption.
