Experiment Investigation on Hydrothermal Sulfidation and Flotation of Lead-Zinc Oxide Ore with Elemental Sulfur

摘要 氧化铅锌矿由于固有的矿物学特性,导致选冶困难,有价金属回收率低.氧化铅锌矿水热硫化预处理-浮选工艺能显著改善氧化铅锌矿常规浮选工艺的不足之处,提高金属浮选回收率.实验用矿样属低品位碳酸盐类氧化铅锌矿,当颗粒粒度为57~74μm、硫磺摩尔倍数2.0、转化温度180°C、硫化时间240min时水热硫化过程锌和铅的硫化转化率分别达73%和86%以上,硫化产物中分别有61%和94%的锌和铅以硫化物形式存在.采用铅锌混合浮选工艺流程获得的合精矿中铅品位为19.59%,锌品位为35.76%,铅锌回收率分别达69%和81%,铅锌回收率大幅度提高. Because of the inherent mineralogy characteristic, lead - zinc oxide ore is very difficult for flotation and metallurgy, and the recovery ratio of valuable metal is very low. Hydrothermal pretreatment -flotation of lead - zinc oxide ore can greatly improve the deficiency of conventional dressing process. The sample used in this study is a carbonate - hosted lead - zinc oxide ore. Sulfidation rate of zinc and lead are over 73% and 86% under the opti- mized technical parameters of particle size 57 -74 p^m, sulfur mole raito 2.0, temperature 180 ~C, and 240 min. Sulfidation products are dressed by mixed flotation flow - sheet, which has much higher recoveries of 69% lead and 81% zinc respectively. A flotation concentrate is obtained with 35% Zn and 19% Pb from the material treated by sulfidation. The recovery ratio of zinc and lead is therefore improved greatly through this method.
