朝鲜淫羊藿黄酮类成分及抗骨质疏松活性研究

Studies on Flavonoids and Anti-Osteoporotic Activity of Epimedium koreanum

利用硅胶柱色谱、羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶层析柱Sephadex LH-20,ODS反相柱色谱及HPLC(高效液相色谱)从干燥朝鲜淫羊藿(Epimedium koreanum Nakai.)叶的70%丙酮/水提取物中分离得到7个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:chrysin(1),morelosin(2),quercitrin(3),afzelin(4),apigenin(5),luteolin(6)和quercetin(7),化合物1-5为首次从该植物中分离得到。此外,抗骨质疏松活性药理研究表明,淫羊藿乙酸乙酯相对小鼠前成骨细胞具有明显地抑制作用,还可增强碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性。

By various kinds of isolation and purification methods such as Silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH - 20, ODS silica and HPLC, seven known flavonoids are isolated from the 70% acetone/water extract of the dried leaves of Epimedium koreanum. These known compounds are elucidated as chrysin （1）, morelosin （2）, quercitrin （3）, afzelin （4）, apigenin （5）, luteolin （6） and quercetin （7）. Compounds 1 - 5 above are ob- tained from this plant for the first time. Moreover, the anti - osteoporotic activity investigation of the ethyl acetate fraction of E. koreanum indicates that it has obvious inhibitory effects on the proliferation of rat pre -obteoblast, and increases the activity of alkaline phosphatase （ALP）.
