摘要
球轴承被广泛应用于旋转机械,结构参数是球轴承静、动态性能的关键影响因素.考虑游隙、外圈结构弹性变形、钢球和套圈的多体接触关系,运用ADAMS仿真平台建立球轴承多体接触动力学模型,结合用户自定义程序和接触力计算程序,计算不同结构参数下球轴承性能的变化规律.分析了球轴承的游隙、钢球数目和套圈滚道曲率对钢球与套圈滚道的接触力、载荷分布角、套圈中心的相对位移和接触刚度等的影响.通过理论模型验证了球轴承的数值计算结果,为以动态性能为目标的球轴承及系统设计提供了参考数据.
Ball Bearings are widely applied to rotate machine. The structural parameters are the key factors for static and dynamic characteristics of ball bearings. The muhibody contact dynamic model of ball bearings is es- tablished by ADAMS software. It includes clearance, structural elastic deformation of outer ring, and multibody contact between balls and rings. The rule of ball bearing is identified under different structural parameters with the user subroutine and programmes of contact force. The calculation is done at such parameters as the effect of clearance, number of bails and races' curature on contact force, load distribution angle, relative displacements of rings and contact stiffness. The simulation result is verified by the theoretic model. Valuable data are provided for dynamic design of mechanical systems with ball bearings.
