摘要
本文以广播自动监视技术(ADS-B)为主导,从监视系统的监视精度、作用范围和安全间隔入手,采用改进型Reich模型为基础,建立碰撞区和临近区、模型的延迟误差区、航迹固有偏差区的综合模型,结合国际民航组织的飞行安全指标,进行综合概率评估。进一步缩小ADS-B的碰撞最小飞行安全间隔,最后整合尾流安全区,进行航路流量预测。
This paper is based on the Automatic Dependent SurveillanceBroadcast (ADSB) technology as a starting point. From the aspects of monitoring accuracy, monitoring coverage and safety interval, and by using the improved Reich model as the basis, they build up an integrative modeling of collision zone and miss collision area, delay and error area, track and its inherent deviation region. Combined with the flight safety index of the International Civil Aviation Organization, the in tegrative evaluation is conducted to further reduce the collision minimum flight safety interval of ADSB, and integrate wake vortex separation of safety zone, then predict air route traffic flow.
