三孢布拉氏霉菌产β-胡萝卜素发酵培养基的优化 被引量:4

摘要 通过单因素试验设计找到三孢布拉氏霉菌产β-胡萝卜素的最优碳源为葡萄糖,最优氮源为麸皮浸出液和大豆粉,再通过正交试验设计优化三孢布拉氏霉菌产β-胡萝卜素的发酵培养基,得到了最佳发酵培养基配方为:葡萄糖6%、大豆粉1%、麸皮浸出液3%、KH2PO40.1%、MgSO40.02%、VB10.0005%、大豆油1%,在此培养基配方下三孢布拉氏霉菌的β-胡萝卜素产量达到了325.6mg/L。在此优化的培养基基础上,接种24h后添加0.1%β-紫罗兰酮到发酵培养基中有利于三孢布拉氏霉菌合成β-胡萝卜素。 The purpose of the paper is to study the optimum medium on β-carotene production of Blakeslea trispora by monofactorial experiment and orthogonal design. The result showed that the optimal medium for 13-carotene pro- duction were as follows: glucose 6%, wheat bran extract 3%, MgSO4 0.02%, Soybean oil 1%, Thiamine 0.0005%, Soybean meal 1% and KHzPO4 0.1%. The maximum production of β-carotene obtained experimentally using the op- timized medium was 325.6mg/L. Then the yield of β-carotene was efficiently increased when 0.1% β-ionone was added into 24h old cultures.
