摘要
针对旧厂房改造消防设计中存在的难点问题,结合现行国家规范和工程实践,提出了改造过程中新建结构体系的防火设计原则,探讨了消防车道和扑救场地布置的具体位置及替代解决方案,提出了不同改造方案下的防火分隔和疏散策略,以及利用宽大挑檐作为疏散缓冲区的可行性。结合建筑形式,有针对性地分析了消防系统设计方案。
Focusing on several key fire protection issues for old factory renovation, some new opinions are proposed according to the author's work experience and tmderstanding and analysis of China fire codes. The fire rating principles were proposed for newly-built constructions within the scheme of primary factory structure. Location of fire vehicle lane and fire staging area was discussed and alternative solution was proposed for some special cases. Fire compartmentation and egress strategies were inves- tigated based on several renovation schemes, and the feasibility to use the area covered by large canopy as evacuation buffering zone was analyzed. In terms of fire protection system, it was also demonstrated based on architectural features.
