冷藏血液转置室温后温度变化规律的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解冷藏血液离开贮血冰箱后置于室温(22~24℃)条件下,血液内部温度变化情况。方法使用血液贮存模拟血袋以及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)不合格报废的血液,在4℃冷藏24小时后,取出置于室温环境下,将测温探头置于模拟血袋中或两袋血液之间,检测血液温度变化情况。结果 2 00mL规格的血液置室温中升温速度及到达10℃时间均比400 ml规格血液升温快及到达10℃的时间短,两者比较有显著性差异。结论为了确保血液质量,200 ml规格与400 ml规格血液转置室温状态后不应超过30 min和50 min。 Objective to study the change of blood's internal temperature after being moved out of the re- frigerator and then exposed to the indoor temperature (22 - 24℃ ). Methods The blood which was used for sitmulat- ing blood storage and ALT - positive obsolete blood both were refrigerated for 24 hours under 4 degree celsius and then exposed to the indoor temperature. Thermometric probe was placed in or between the simulated blood bags in or- der to test the change of blood's internal temperature. Results Under the indoor temperature, the rate of temperture rise of 200 ml blood is faster than that of 400 ml blood and the time interval of reaching 10 degree celsius from 4 de- gree celsius of 200 ml is shorter than that of 400 ml, which showed a significant difference. Conclusion When taken out of refrigerators, blood of 200 ml and 400 ml should not be exposed to the indoor temperature for more that 30min and 50min respectively in order to guarantee the blood quality.
