3M含碘手术薄膜在髋关节置换术预防手术切口感染的应用

APPLICATION OF 3M IODINE OPERATION FILM IN TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT FOR PREVENTION OF SURGICAL SITE INFECTION

目的探讨含碘手术薄膜在髋关节置换术中手术部位感染(Surgical Site Infection,SSI)发生率。方法将120例择期髋关节置换术,按进入手术室的先后顺序及性别单盲编号,男性组1～60号,女性组1～60号。单号为实验组,双号为对照组。实验组手术部位采用含碘手术薄膜;对照组手术部位采用普通不含碘手术薄膜,分别在消毒后及手术结束缝合皮肤前取样做细菌培养,观察两组细菌培养及切口愈合时间、愈合情况。结果实验组手术切口在(13.5±1.6)天愈合,甲级愈合100%,细菌培养无细菌生长;对照组手术切口(15.8±2.1)天愈合(p<0.05),甲级愈合85%,细菌培养阳性率40%。两组比较有极显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论含碘手术薄膜在髋关节手术中能显著降低SSI的发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective Discussion on operation of iodine film in hip arthroplasty operation site infection rate. Methods In 120 patients undergoing elective hip arthroplasty, press into the operation room of sequence and gender blind number, male group 1 N 68, 1 -52, female group. Odd number for the experimental group, control group even numbers. The experimental group operation site with iodine operation film; controls operation sites using ordinary io- dine operation film, respectively, after disinfection and operation end was sutured to the skin before sampling for bac- terial culture, observe two groups of bacteria culture and incision healing, healing time. Results The experimental group operation incision in 13.5 ± 1.6 d healing, healing 100% no bacterial growth, bacterial culture; the control group of 15.8 ± 2. 1 d operation incision healing（p 〈 0. 05）, healing 85%, the positive rate of bacterial culture 40%. The two groups have significant difference （p 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Iodine operation film in hip joint opera- tion can reduce the operation site infection incidence, worthy of clinical application.
