摘要
人力资源是企业各种资源中重要的因素之一。稳定而忠诚的人力资源决定着企业的核心竞争能力,关乎企业的生存和发展[1]。随着现代化社会的发展,医院已进入市场化阶段,各级医院之间的竞争日益激烈,而竞争的实质为"人才竞争"。医院要争做"品牌医院",人才储备和专业梯队建设的是不可缺少的新生力量。然而,以往的员工流失,大都是高级技术专家或者是极具潜力的人才的争夺,而今,随着医院用人制度的改革与人们职业观念的改变,新员工流失已日渐严重成为目前最关注的问题。确保医务人员工作稳定性,及时掌握医务人员离职意愿状况,有效应对医务人员离职,降低新员工的离职率,成为医院管理者面临的一个重大问题。
Human resource is one of the most important factor in an enterprise. The competitive strength of an enterprise is determined by stable and loyal human resources, it also concerns about the survival of an enterprise. With the development of society, hospital is under the marketization stage. There is very fierce competition among hos- pitals, but the essence of competition is talent competition. So reserving talents and building professional teams are the indispensable factors in constructing a hospital. Formerly, the loss of employees are advanced technical experts, but now with the changement of system and thoughts of people, the dimission of fresh employees has become the most con- cerned question. Now, the major issue of manager is how to response to the dimission of employee effectively and re- duce the dimission rate.
