社区护士家庭访视情景剧模拟测评结果分析

ANALYSIS ON EVALUATION OUTCOMES OF COMMUNITY NURSE HOME VISITS SITCOM SIMULATION EVALUATION

目的对社区护士的家庭访视情景剧模拟测评结果进行分析,为进一步提高家庭访视质量提供依据。方法采用开卷、非命题的形式创作家庭访视情景剧剧本,作为测评综合能力的方法,对参加测评的118名社区护士创作的情景剧剧本评分结果进行分析。结果评委的评分具有高度一致性,差异有显著统计学意义(p<0.01);成绩总体呈正态分布,为60.5～88.5,平均(73.35±5.70)分;不同学历、不同职称、不同家庭访视次数、不同相关培训次数之间进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05),具有本科学历、中级职称、家庭访视及相关培训次数多的护士成绩明显高于其他类别护士;扣分问题依次是:综合评估、健康教育指导、忽略访视对象的家庭成员、解决问题的综合能力、语言沟通等。结论家庭访视情景剧模拟测评是评价家庭访视综合能力的一种有效方法,提高家庭访视质量,有效提升社区护士综合素质是基础,完善配套制度是保障。

Objective To further improve the quality of home visit and provide scientific evidences, the pa- per will analyze the simulated evaluation results of melodramas used in home visits by community nurses. Methods The paper will employ the open and non - propositional sitcom screenplays while home visiting to analyze the scores of sitcom screenplays created by 118 community nurses. Results The difference is statistically significant （p 〈 0. O1 ） with a high degree of consistency in judges scores and the scores overall presents a normal distribution, 60. 5 to 88.5, an average of 73.35 ＋ 5.70. Besides, the comparisons among different education backgrounds and job titles of com- munity nurses, times of home visits and relevant trainings, the respective differences are statistically significant （p 〈 0.05 ）. Obviously, the community nurses, with bachelor＇s degree and medium -grade professional title, who partici- pated in more home visits and trainings, could score higher than other groups of community nurses. These following problems are deducted points, comprehensive assessment, health education and guidance, ignorance of family mem- bers in visited homes, problem- solving integrative competence, verbal communication skills. Conclusion Simula- tion evaluation of home visit sitcoms is an effective method of evaluating comprehensive abilities of home visits, which improves the overall quality of home visits, advances the comprehensive abilities of community nurses, and perfects its supportive institutions.
