摘要
螺旋钻具的相应参数对其施工的影响很大,包括钻杆的螺旋升角和转速等。通过理论分析后进行非定常掘削实验,运用Matlab仿真,得到对实际施工有帮助的理论依据。采用三种螺旋升角的钻杆,分别在五种转速、三种土质下进行实验。通过研究分析得知,螺旋升角为20°的钻杆优势明显。无论在何种土质、何种转速下进行钻进实验,扭矩均会随着深度的增加而增大,浅土层施工可适当增大转速,深土层施工就要适当降低转速。
The relevant parameter of the spiral drill pipe influence its construction very seriously which including the helix an-gle and the rotational speed. According to experimental data, the MATLAB simulation is carried out. Through the test, we got the useful help about infrastructure. The test used drill pipes with three helix angle, five rotational speed and three different soil. Through the research analysis, the drill pipes with 20 degrees helix angle is the best. Regardless of various soil and vari-ous speed, the torque increases as the depth increases. When the soil is shallow, rotational speed could enlarge. After reac-hing a certain denth, the rotational speed cuold be reduced.
