摘要
以柔轮变形理论为基础,建立齿侧间隙计算数学模型,该模型通过柔轮附加扭转角形式对侧隙减小量进行补偿,弥补了以往设计中将侧隙减小值直接放在目标函数侧隙值中的缺点。并针对四力作用型谐波齿轮传动实例进行了有限元分析,所得附加扭转角参数为侧隙计算提供了可靠依据。
Based on flexspline deformation theory, A mathematics model of gear backlash is established in order to minimize the backlash of harmonic transmission by compensating backlash in the way of adding retorted angle of flexspline, so the model is more precise than former which putting backlash decrease volume directly into object function backlash value. And CAE a-nalysis of four forces model harmonic gear drive can give the data of retorted angle.
