摘要
对路面不平激励和发动机激励同时作用下的摩托车进行了道路振动试验,选取了典型的差路面、铺装路面及沥青路面三种不同等级的试验路面,对依次安装三种不同型号减振器的同一摩托车进行了道路振动对比测试,选取左右手把、左右脚踏、驾驶员坐垫及立管中部和左右后减位置为主要测点。在差路面上的车速选为30 km/h,在铺装路面上和沥青路面上分别选为40 km/h和50 km/h。按照国际标准ISO2631和ISO5439对脚踏和驾驶员坐垫及手把位置的振动加速度进行了加权计算与对比分析。此外,当摩托车固定不动时在发动机不同转速下,及对铺装路面上不同车速下的脚踏和立管中部位置的振动情况分别进行了测试。通过对测试后的数据进行计算分析,结果表明:路面不平激励和发动机激励对于脚踏、立管中部和左右后减位置的振动均有重要影响,而对于手把和驾驶员坐垫位置的振动则主要由路面不平激励决定。
The motorcycle road vibration test is done under the excitation of uneven road surface and the engine, three of the typical poor road, pavement road and asphalted road as the test road are chosen. The road test about three different types of shockers under the same motorcycle is carried out. The main measurement points are chosen as the handlebar, foot rest, sad- dle, vertical tube center and the position of rear shocker. On the poor road, the speed is selected for 30 knv/h, 40 km/h for the pavement, and 50 km/h for the asphalted road. According to the ISO2631 and ISO5439, the vibration of the foot rest, saddle and handlebar is calculated and analyzed. In addition, the vibration response of the pedal and the vertical tube center is measured, under the situation of the engine excitation at different speed when stationary, as well as the situation when the motorcycle is operated at different speeds on the pavement road. Through the test data and analysis, it shows that the vibration response of the pedal, vertical tube center and the position of rear shocker are influenced by the excitation of the uneven road and the engine, while the vibration response of the handlebar and the saddle are mainly influenced by the excitation of the une-ven road.
