Parameters Optimization on Temperature on the Machined Workpiece Surface in Finish Dry Hard Turning the Hardened Tool Steel

摘要 使用PCBN刀具对不同淬硬状态工具钢Cr12MoV进行精密干式硬态车削试验,运用极差法分析切削速度、走刀量、切削深度、试件硬度、刀尖圆弧半径五个因素对工件表面温度影响的显著性,并得到了最优车削参数。试验表明:影响工件表面温度最显著的因素是工件淬火硬度,切削深度与走刀量的影响相当,刀尖圆弧半径的影响最小。 In this paper, an experiment investigation of finish dry hard turning various hardened tool steel Crl2MoV is conduc-ted with the PCBN cutting tool. The influences of cutting speed, feed, depth of cut, the hardness of the hardened steel and the nose radius are analyzed by using range analysis (RAAN). Then the optimum parameters are obtained. The experimental re-sults indicate that the hardness has clearly significant influence on the temperature of the machined workpiece surface. The effect of the depth of cut on the machined workpieee surface is the same as that of the feed. And the effect of the nose radius on the machined workpiece surface is less.
