摘要
通过模拟整机机罩振动了解螺纹锁固胶的耐疲劳情况,从而了解其防松效果;检测螺纹锁固胶无预紧力的拆卸力矩,从力矩大小了解防松效果。结果表明,新供应商提供的螺纹锁固胶防比目前柳工使用的螺纹锁固胶防松效果更好。
By simulating engine hood vibration fatigue resistant situation of thread locking glue, fatigued endurance is under-stood, then the locking effect is also understood; the torque of thread locking glue with no disassembly is tested, the locking effect is understood by torque size. Results show that the locking effect of new vendor for thread locking glue is better than the Liugong prevention using thread locking glue.
