摘要
目前蓄电池组装工艺落后需依靠人工完成,步骤繁琐、生产效率低、产品性能不稳定。基于上述现状,介绍一种自动包片设备自动供隔板纸装置的自主研发,其功能实现了自动切割隔板纸和自动运送隔板纸,阐述了设备的结构和工作原理。
At present the assembly processes of storage battery are backward and most relied on artificial, the steps is very te-dious, the production efficiency is low and the product performance is volatile. Based on the above situation, a device for sending separator paper automatically of automatic bag piece of equipment for storage battery plate independently research is suggested. Automatically cutting separator paper and sending separator papers automatically are achieved. Finally the structure and working principle of the device are introduced.
