灾后房屋重建之法律制度探究——以康县灾后房屋重建为视角

The Exploration of Legal Institutions on Post-disaster Housing Reconstruction——In the perspective of the post-disaster housing reconstruction of Kangxian

灾后重建是一个庞大的系统工程,依法重建是该系统工程中一个极为重要的内容,如何保障灾后重建工作科学有序推进,直接关系到灾区人民的生活质量,关系到区域的稳定团结。以康县为切入点,力图分析我国关于灾后房屋重建法律制度的现实问题与不足,提出相关法律建议,以期保障灾后房屋重建工作的顺利进行,保护灾区人民的权益。

Post-disaster restoration is a huge systematic project, especially the reconstruction in ac- cordance with law. How to ensure the implementation of post-disaster reconstruction orderly and sci- entifically determines directly not only the life quality of people but also the stability and unity in the disaster area. Taking Kangxian county as an example, this paper analyzes the practical problems and shortcomings of the legal institutions in the post-disaster housing reconstruction and postpones suggestions to make sure that the post-disaster housing reconstruction work goes smoothly, thus protecting the interests of the people in the area.
