中美地方高校通信工程专业人才培养的比较研究

Comparative Study of Talents Cultivation of Communication Engineering Specialty between China and America

简述我国通信工程专业的发展和现状,通过对中美地方高校人才培养模式的比较,分析通信工程专业人才的培养方案、实践教学和创新性培养等方面的异同。地方高校在培养人才的过程中可借鉴美国高校人才培养的经验,结合自身特色积极探索通信工程专业人才培养的新模式,从而提高我国地方高校通信工程专业的教学质量和学生的综合素质,提高人才的培养质量。

The article introduces the progress and status of communication engineering specialty in Chinese institutions of higher education. Based on comparative analysis of talents training modes, this paper explores the similarities and differences between educational objectives, students＇ practice and academic programs in Chinese and American institutions of higher education. The experience of thg American universities is worth our reference in developing the training modes for communication engi- neering, which will be beneficial to the improvement of teaching quality and students＇ comprehensive quality of Chinese provincial higher education institutions.
