摘要
本文主要介绍在混砂自动生产线中应用电容传感器对型砂湿度进行自动检测及控制获得较好的效果.经实验证明:当含水分0～3.5%和4～7%的型砂可以用电容谐振法分段测量水分.
In this paper,it is introduced that the capacitive sensor is applied to aut- omatic checkout syste maud automaitc control system of sand humidity in mixing sand automatic production line,and it is effective.The experiment prove that humidity of sand can be measured in section by the method of capacitive har- monic oseillation when the humidity is between 0% and 3.5%,4% and 7%.
