application of a couple of support measures taken in the construction of the diversion tunnel, Gongboxia Hydropower Station, is introduced. These measures include application of shotcrete with wire mesh, forepoling anchor bars, anchor piles, steel supports, steel fi- bre concrete, advance lining with cast-in-situ concrete, pipe sheds, etc.
