粤东地区对台湾贸易中的问题及对策

Eastern Guangdong Province and Taiwan trade issues and countermeasures

海西区建设已上升为国家发展规划,两岸实现"三通","海西区"包括粤东地区变成吸引台资的热点地区,同时,台湾是粤东地区的重要进口来源地和出口市场。近年来,粤东对台贸易虽保持持续稳定增长,但同时存在着受欧美经济低迷影响、ECFA政策利用率不高和直航航线效益不好等问题。因此,应提高优惠政策利用率、粤台产业融合及发展对台小额贸易等,促进海西区对台贸易的发展。

The construction of West of Taiwan strait has risen to national development plan. The zone of eastern Guangdong Province, including Shantou, Chaozhou, Jieyang, Shanwei, Meizhou City, has become hotspots for Taiwan investment. Taiwan, in return, is the im- port and export markets of eastern Guangdong. In recent years,the area trade with Taiwan maintains steady growth. But with the eco- nomical recession of Europe and the United States, the ECFA policy utilization and direct transport are influenced. This paper analyzes and proposes to improve the favorable policies, to promote Guangdong and Taiwan industry integration and Taiwan small - scale trade.
