党建工作在民办高职院校的健康平稳发展中起着关键作用。文章针对民办高职院校党建工作的重要性和特殊性,分析了当前民办高职院校党建工作存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出加强民办高职院校党建工作的对策。

Communist Party construction plays a crucial role in the healthy and smooth development of private vocational colleges. This paper, taking into consideration the importance and particularity of party construction to private vocational colleges, analyzes the main problems existing in the current party construction in private vocational colleges, and thereby proposes some measures to strengthen party construction in private vocational colleges.
