研究了一种新的测定搅拌反应器全混时间的方法。此方法采用两个电导电极,用Apple—Ⅱ微型计算机进行数据采集和处理。它不但具有用单电极测定全混时间的优点,而且能够克服由单电极测定全混时间带来的人为误差,使终点更为明显和准确,并能快速、简便、直观地测出全混时间,对科学研究和工厂生产测试都具有实用价值.

A a new method of measuring mixing times in the tank reactor has been studied.This method uses two conductivity probes and APPLE-Ⅱ personal computer to make data collected and processed.It not only has the advantages of measuring mixing times of using single conductivity probe,but also can overcome the man-made errors of using single conductivity probe.It makes terminus more clear and more precise,and can measure the mixing times quickly,simply and directly.It has the useful value for the scientific study and factory production.
