In the twenty-first century, Japan has actively pushed forward judicial system reform, such as modify the ＂Prison Law＂ and rename it ＂criminal facilities and inmate treatment method＂, receiving treatment tends to be humane, and fights relief becomes perfect. Japan has adjusted within the facility corrections treatment system, in order to meet the needs of the reform of the judicial system.
