精神文化生活是农民工生活的重要内容。调查显示,农民工的精神文化生活单调匮乏,文化消费水平低,且在群体内部呈现出弱差异性。究其原因,在于政府、企业的文化服务供给不足,农民工收入低、空闲时间少。解决的关键在于深化户籍制度改革,加大政府、企业的投入力度,引导社会组织关注农民工的精神文化生活。

The spiritual and cultural life is an important aspect of migrant workers＇ life. According to the survey, migrant workers enjoy a tedious and insufficient spiritual and cultural life, their culture consumption level is low, and there are some weak differences within the group. The reason lies in that the supply of cultural services of government and enterprises is inadequate, and migrant workers＇ income is low and free time is lack. The key to solve the problem is to deepen the reform of the household registration system, increase investment of government and enterprise, and guide social organizations to pay attention to the spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers.
