摘要
介绍了多通道钢管焊缝超声波自动检测系统待检测的主要内容、对检测系统(设备)进行校准的方法以及检测系统的使用条件。结合API SPEC 5L/ISO 3183标准对钢管焊缝超声自动检测的要求,探讨了多通道钢管焊缝超声波自动检测系统的主要性能指标及鉴定方法,给出了主要性能指标如直线性和水平线性、动态范围、综合性能等的具体要求。并通过实际应用表明了鉴定能力的可行性。
In this artiele, it introduced the main contents Io be detected in muhichannel sleel pipe weld automalic ultrasonic testing system, calibration method to detecting system(equipment), and service conditions of detecting system. Combined with steel pipe weld automatic uhras(mic lesling requirements specified in API SPEC 5L/lSO 3183 slandard, it discussed the main properlies and identification method of multiehannel steel pipe wehl aulomatie ultrasonic testing system, provided specific requirements for linearity, horizontal linearity, dynamic range, comprehensive properly and olhers. The feasibilitv of identification ability was proved through actual application.
