焊管RTR系统动态灵敏度的分析探讨

摘要 X射线实时成像(简称RTR)系统中,RTR图像质量的主要指标是空间分辨率和对比灵敏度。RTR系统通常把对比灵敏度分为静态灵敏度和动态灵敏度。在实际检测过程中,对静态灵敏度的理解基本一致,而对动态灵敏度则有不同的表述。焊管行业射线探伤中,RTR系统用来体现灵敏度最常用的是金属丝像质计,介绍了荧光检验用ISO和ASTM金属丝像质计的适用范围。对比了我国标准和ASME标准对动态灵敏度描述的区别。 In X-ray real time imaging(RTR) system, the space resolution and contrast sensitivity are the key indicators of RTR image quality. The contrast sensitivity of RTR system is usually divided into static sensitivity and dynamic sensitivity. During aactual detection, it is in substantial agreement for understanding static sensitivity, while exist different presentations for dynamic sensitivity. During X-ray detection of welded pipe industry, the metal wire image quality indicator is used to reflect sensitvity in RTR system. In this article, it introduced application range of ISO and ASTM metal wire image qttality indieator, which used for fluorescence inspection. In the end, it contrasted the difference of describing dynamic sensitivity in China domestic standanl and ASME.
