Research on Precise Equipment Support in Joint Operations

着眼于提升联合作战装备保障能力,分析了联合作战装备精确保障的基本内涵,研究探讨了联合作战装备精确保障对信息掌控、需求预计、决策筹划、物资配送以及战损装备修复等能力的需求。以此为基础,提出了推进装备精确保障能力建设的有效途径,为实现信息化条件下联合作战装备精确保障提供了借鉴。

Concerning on enhancing the capacity of equipment support in joint operations, the pa- per researches the basic concept of equipment precise support in joint operations. It also analyzes the information mastery, requirement forecast, decision-making, material forwarding and equipment re- pair, which are the capacity requirements of equipment precise support in joint operations. Based on it, the paper brings forward several approaches in effect to promote the construction of equipment pre- cise support in joint operations, which supply references to the realization of the support.
