摘要
为科学评估信息化条件下装备保障指挥效能,对装备保障指挥效能评估相关概念进行了界定,在分析装备保障指挥效能影响因素的基础上,根据建立指标体系的科学性、系统性、可量化性、可操作性以及独立性等原则,构建了装备保障指挥效能评估指标体系。
In order to evaluate the effectiveness of equipment support command scientifically un- der the condition of information, the paper defines the relevant concepts. On the basis of analyzing in- fluence factors of the equipment support command effectiveness, it structures effectiveness evaluation index system of equipment support command according to the principles of scienti{icity, systematic- ness, quantity, operability and independence.
