分析了在市场经济体制改革不断深化和国防科技工业水平飞速发展的背景下,装备承制单位资格审查存在的问题及其原因,总结了资格审查在经济体制转型和发展方式转变期呈现的新的发展特点,从完善体系、突出能力、强化作用、持续发展4个方面提出了推进资格审查创新发展的具体对策。

This paper analyzes the primary problems existing and their causes in examination for qualification of supplier relate to equipment in the context of the market economy system continued to deepen and the rapid development of the level of national defense science and technology industry, summarizes the new features of examination for qualification in the economic system restructuring and transformation of the mode period. It proposes specific countermeasures to promote the innovation and development for examination for qualification from perfecting system, prominent ability, strengthening effect, and sustainable development four aspects.
