摘要
目的探讨中小学教师职业紧张反应与呼吸系统疾病的关系以及职业紧张反应的影响因素,为制定相应的防治措施提供科学依据。方法对南充市11所中小学的689名教师的基本信息、职业紧张反应等相关情况进行横断面调查。结果高紧张反应组的中小学教师在任务过重、角色模糊上得分低于正常紧张组教师,在社会支持上得分低于正常紧张组教师,差异有统计学意义;高紧张组教师患慢支炎、慢性鼻窦炎、咽炎和总体呼吸系统疾病的风险分别是正常组教师的3.37,2.02,1.53和1.52倍;紧张反应的主要影响因素有年龄、社会支持、任务过重和呼吸系统疾病患病情况4个因素。结论中小学教师的职业紧张反应与呼吸系统疾病患病情况有关。
Abstract Objective To explore the relationship between occupational strain and respiratory diseases and the in- fluential factors of the occupational strain among primary and secondary school teachers, so to develop pertinent strategies. Methods A cross - sectional study was conducted involving 689 primary and secondary school teach- ers in Nanchong city. The questionnaire consisted of basic information of the teachers, occupational strain, re- spiratory diseases, etc. Results Significant differences were found in role overload (OR), role ambiguity (RA) and social support (SS) between two different occupational strain groups of teachers. The adjusted odds rgtios of the chronic bronchitis, chronic sinusitis, pharyngitis and the respiratory diseases for higher occupa- tional strain teachers compared with the normal occupational strain teachers were 3.37, 2. 02, 1.53 and 1.52. The influenfiaj factors of the occupational strain were are, social suooort, role overload and the respiratory diseases Conclusion The occupational strain of primary and secondary school teachers was associated with the re-spiratory diseases.
