摘要
我国科研事业单位在不同程度上存在着用人机制不灵活,分配制度不适应新形势等问题,因此深化科研机构人事制度改革,已成为推进我国科技改革与发展的一项重要任务。本文主要围绕某科研事业单位对人事管理制度的改革实践,从如何完善人员聘用制度改革提出一些建议。
There are some problems to be solved in scientific research institutions, such as inflexible employment system, unreasonable salary distribution system. Therefore, in accordance with establishing socialist marketing economy system, deepening reform of the employment system in scientific research institutions would be an important task in order to promote science and technology reform in China. This paper proposes some suggestions on how to improve the employment system based on the reform practice of a scientific research institution
