摘要
采用只对红光敏感的光致聚合物全息干版通过 He-Ne 632nm激光波长两次掩膜曝光,在面积为30mm × 60mm的全息干版上制备出全息光学元件,并成功地用于全混洗光学互连的实验演示。全息光学元件的衍射效率为 40~ 52%。
Perfect shuffle optical interconnection is a free-space optical interconnection and one of the most important optical interconnections. It is realized by using holographic elements which are studied recently. Holographic elements were fabricated by using Bragg gratings for their high efficeency. N elements perfect shuffle optical interconnections (holographic optical plate ) used to be performed by exposing N times with masks. It is very difficult to control them in dark processing. In this experiment, red sensitive photopolymer(RSP) is used to fabricate holographic elements because RSP is only sensitive to red light and can be controlled in usual lighting. The holographic plate is divided into several pieces according to the area of holographic plate of the red sensitive photopolymer by which holographic elements can be fabricated with different interconnection focal light in the perfect shuffle interconnections. Every piece is exposed by interfering tow focal light beam using a mask. After the plates were developed, dehydrated and dried, elements for realizing perfect shuffle optical interconnection were fabricated. Holographic optical element is fabricated and successfully used for the demonstration of perfect shuffle optical interconnection on the holographic plate of 30mm x 60mm by using He-Ne 632nm wavelength and twice mask exposure. Diffractive efficiency of the holographic optical element is 40 - 52 %. As perfect shuffle optical interconnection is realized by photopolymer plate with red light, the perfect shuffle optical interconnection has widely developing prospect.
