Preliminary Discussion on the Internal Audit Management of GMO Testing Laboratory

内部审核是实验室质量管理体系的重要组成部分,是确保检测工作有效性的重要手段和必然要求。文章根据转基因检测实验室的特点,从仪器设备管理、样品管理、试剂耗材管理和环境控制等方面阐述了转基因检测实验室内审的关键点,并提出相应的内审管理实施措施,以期提高转基因检测实验室的内审工作效率和水平,促进转基因检测实验室质量管理体系的持续改进,保证检测数据的准确性和可靠性。

Internal audit, the important part of the laboratory quality management system （QMS）, is a vital means to ensure the efficiency of testing. According to the characteristics of GMO testing laboratory （GTL）, the key points of internal audit of GTL were discussed from the following aspects： the management of apparatus and equipment, the management of samples, the management of reagents and consumables, and the control of environmental conditions. Then, the effective implementing measures on how to conduct the internal audit of GTL were elaborated, which continuously improving in the QMS of GTL, and assuring the accuracy and reliability of the testing results.
