盐碱地刺槐臭椿混交林土壤酶与养分相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了刺槐、臭椿纯林及其混交林中不同土层在不同季节的土壤养分含量、土壤酶活性的变化。结果表明:各林分间的土壤养分含量和土壤酶活性在各个季节和土层均表现出差异。经统计分析,土壤酶活性和土壤养分含量间在不同季节呈显著相关关系,土壤酶活性和土壤养分含量在土层中的分布有一定的规律性,总的来说,随着土层逐渐加深,土壤酶活性逐渐减弱,土壤养分含量逐渐下降。混交林中各土层的pH值和含盐量都低于纯林相应值,并且在树木生长、土壤养分和土壤酶活性上,混交林优于纯林。 The soil nutrient contents and soil enzyme activities of different soil layers at different seasons in pure and mixed stands of black locust and Ailanthus altissima were studied. The results indicate that there were differences between different stands on soil nutrient contents and soil enzyme activities at different season and soil layers, and the soil enzyme activities were remarkably correlated with the soil nutrient contents at different seasons. It's also shown that the distributions of the soil en- zyme activities and soil nutrient contents in different soil layers have some regularity, totally, the soil enzyme activity and the nutrient content decrease gradually with the soil layer depth decreasing. Also, the pH value and salt content in mixed stands were lower than the pure ones but the growth of tree and the soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient content were all better than the pure ones.
