摘要
方剂是由药物组成的,药物通过有序的配伍,增强自身功用,发挥药物间相辅相成作用,使各具特性的药物组合成为一个整体,而组成药物中的核心配伍药物的作用则显得尤为关键,它决定着整个方剂的主要功用和主治取向。试从中医方剂配伍理论、中医文献资料、现代药理研究、中医临床运用等方面论证熟地黄、山茱萸、山药作为六味地黄丸"三补"药的核心作用。
The prescription is composed by drags. Through the order compatibility, the drugs can enhance their function, and play a complementary role, and it can make the various characteristics of the drugs combined into an entirety. The core of compatibility of drugs is particularly critical, because it determines the main function of the whole prescription and the attending orientation. This paper from the core function of traditional Chinese prescription compatibility theory, Chinese medicine literature, modem pharmacological research, TCM clinical application provides proofs to certify Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Fructus Corni, Rhizoma Dioscoreae as the core function of Liuwei Dihuang wan.
