摘要
4Cr14V塑料模具钢型材锯切面上产生若干凸起,对这些凸起进行了外观、金相和能谱分析。结果表明,凸起是一种异金属,是由电渣重熔用自耗电极钢锭末端部分熔化过度所致。
A number of bulges occurred at the sawn face of 4Cr14V plastic mould steel section , and the appearance check, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis were performed to reveal the essence of bulges. The results show that the bulge is a foreign metal and attributed to over-melting of end of consumable-electrodes used for electroslag remehing.
