汇总了鞍钢Siemens-VAI板坯连铸机的典型技术,包括结晶器专家系统、结晶器振动、结晶器在线调宽技术、动态二冷水和轻压下技术、弯曲-矫直曲线设计等,并列举了该型铸机在鞍钢一些典型钢种的铸坯生产质量情况,以利于更好地掌握和应用,并在实践中加以优化和二次开发。
Some typical technologies related to the slab continuous caster designed and made by Siemens-VAI and used in Angang are summarized. These technologies include the mold expert system, mold oscillation system, mould on-line width control system, dynamic secondary cooling water control system, soft reduction technology and the bending-straightening curve design features of the caster. In order to better control and apply these technologies or characteristics for further optimization and development in practice, the quality conditions of strands of some typical steel grades cast by the continuous caster in Angang are listed and discussed.
