摘要
建立了应用波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定高锰钢中锰元素的分析方法,实验确定了仪器最佳工作参数。通过背景扣除和干扰校正系数法消除基体干扰和共存元素Cr、P的光谱干扰,采用经验系数法建立工作曲线,线性相关系数为0.999 8。实验结果表明,方法的检出限为2.1μg/g,方法分析范围为1.00%~20.00%,测定结果与标准物质的认定值一致,相对标准偏差小于0.200%,该分析方法快速、准确,满足高锰钢中锰的分析精度要求。
The method for determining the content of manganese in high manganese steel by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with wavelength dispersion is established. The optimal working parameters of the apparatus are determined based on experimentation. The matrix interference and the spectral interference caused by coexisting elements Cr and P are eliminated by background subtraction method and interference correction coefficient method. The working curves are also es- tablished by empirical coefficient method, whose linearly dependent coefficient is 0.999 8. The ex- perimental results show that the detection limit by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method is 2.1 trg/g, and its analysis range is between 1.00% and 20.00%, and the measured values accord with certi- fied values by reference material with relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 0.200%. By this method the content of manganese in high manganese steel can be determined quickly and accu- rately, which can meet the requirements asked by the precision of the analysis for the high man- ganese steel.
