摘要
针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司炼钢部厚板铸机板坯定尺偏差大的问题,分析了影响板坯摄像定尺切割准确率的原因,提出了增加摄像定尺标定功能、解决定尺跟踪线跳动以及提高屏幕末端定位和头坯切割准确率等技术措施。实践表明,采取上述措施后,厚板铸机摄像定尺精度提高1倍以上,板坯收得率提高了0.50%。
In view of the existing problem of large deviations on cut-to-length of heavy slabs produced by the continuous caster at steelmaking department in Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the causes which influence the slab-cutting accuracy con- trolled by camera shooting are analyzed, technical countermeasures such as increasing the gauge- calibrating function of camera shooting, shooting the bobbing trouble of a tracking line, increasing the accuracy of positioning the end of the camera screen and the cut-point of the first slab are proposed. The practice shows that the accuracy of cut-to-length of heavy slabs produced by con- tinuous caster controlled by camera shooting is increased by more than one times and the yield of slabs is increased by 0.50%.
