中小城市配电网的规划思路与方法

The Planning Method of Distribution Network in Small and Medium-sized Cities

阐述了当前我国城市配电网普遍存在的问题,以及配电网规划的思路、内容和应该遵循的技术原则,结合长治市配电网的规划实践,给出了配电网分区、高压配电网架规划、中压配电网完善等的具体方法,对做好中小型城市的配电网规划具有一定的指导意义,提出了2017年长治市配电网的规划。

This article firstly states the common problems of city distribution network nowadays in China. Then, based on the idea, contents and technical principles of distribution network planning as well as the practice in Changzhi, it provides the detailed method of how to divide distribution network into regions, plan high-voltage distribution network structure and improve mid-voltage distribution network. This article is of high guiding significance to the distribution network planning in small and medium-sized cities. Finally, it proposes the distribution network plan for the year of 2017 in Changzhi.
